    The Budget Committee will receive testimony on June 14, 2021 at 6:30 PM at the Monthly Board Meeting/Budget Hearing from any community member, to give consideration to matters regarding the approved budget or the budget hearing held on May 12, 2021.

    NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING 

    A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jefferson School District 14J, Marion County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, will be held in person but due to COVID restrictions and the capacity of our board room all public partcipation will be held virtually. 

    The meeting will take place on May 12, 2021 at 6:30pm.

    After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar

    The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Questions and comments from community will appear in the chat feature. Emails can be sent to Hattie Truett at hattie.truett@jefferson.k12.or.us prior to May 12, 2021. The Board Secretary will read the questions and comments at the end of the meeting.

    A copy of the budget document may be viewed online at https://www.jefferson14j.com. Or obtain by mail on or after May 3, 2021 via email request to hattie.truett@jefferson.k12.or.us.

    The meetings will be available for viewing on the District’s scheduled livestream via the link provided here: http://www.jefferson14j.com/page/521. The meetings will also be recorded and available via a link on the District website at https://www.jefferson14j.com no later than 5 business days following the meeting.
