Hello! I am a teacher because I love spending my days with young people, especially middle schoolers! In addition to helping students learn and grow academically, I enjoy connecting on more personal levels and building relationships beyond just teaching and learning. I am a native Oregonian, a resident of Jefferson, therefore connected and committed to this community. I love my fellow staff members and enjoy friendships with them that extend beyond our school-related responsibilities. I have been married to Steve for 37 years... you may have seen him coaching wrestling and track.... and we are parents to four adult children.
