I first learned about the Jefferson community while attending JBC. I have had nothing but positive experiences thus far in the Jefferson community and I am very excited to be part of the Jefferson school family.

     This will be my first year teaching at Jefferson elementary. Previously, I worked at Santiam Elementary for four years teaching 4th grade. Before becoming a teacher I worked as an instructional assistant for 5 years. This experience in LRC, Life skills, medically fragile, and intensive behavior classrooms solidified my passion for special education.

     In my off time I like to camp, hike, read books, and create mixed media art. My husband and I have three teenage children, and two dogs. I look forward to meeting everyone and serving the Jefferson community in years to come.
