Hi everyone,

This is my 15th year of teaching PE here in the state of Oregon and my 5th year here at JES. I came from a very small district just outside of Roseburg in Camas Valley where I taught K-12 PE for 7 years. Before that I was a substitute teacher for 1 year and taught high school PE/Health at Regis High School in Stayton for two years. I recieved my BS in Physical Education/Health from Eastern Oregon University in 2004 and my MAT in Secondary Education in 2005 (Go Mounatineers!!!!). I also have a long coaching resume where I have coached HS Track & Field for 11 years, cross-country for 10 years, basketball for 9 years, football for 3 years, and volleyball for 1 year.

I have been married to my wife Cari for almost 5 years and we love to travel to different places that are a little more out of the way with one of our favorite spots being Joseph, Oregon. We also like to go hiking and camping  with our two dogs Kam and Harlee.
